Kilcar GAA Club Notes 09/03/2014

Our minor match against Bundoran was postponed on Saturday and has been refixed for this Saturday 14th at 12pm, our ladies were due to play away to St Nauls but this also fell victim to the weather, full list of club fixtures can be found on our website. Eoin McHugh became the latest player from the club to make his intercounty debut in the disappointing defeat to Monaghan on Sunday.

Club Meeting

Club meeting this Thursday at 9pm in the Tearooms Towney, all welcome.

Colaiste na Carraige

Best of luck to the Colaiste na Carraige under 16s in the Arthurs Cup Final against St Mary College, Clady on Wednesday following their epic extra time win over St Malachys, Castlewellen last week let’s hope the lads bring the Arthurs Cup back to Carrick for the first time.

Club Membership

A reminder that membership must be in prior to March 31st and all playing members-adult and underage must be registered before this date. Contact Denise McSweeney or you can download forms from our website or Team App, the rates are still the same as 2014 at €20 per adult and €40 per family.

Well done to Anne Lowther, Mountcharles the latest winner of the Club Lotto Jackpot so next week’s Jackpot is €2,000 this week’s numbers were 2, 16, 21 and 23.

Bingo

Club Bingo winners were €180 Kathleen Keeney, €145 Rose McFadden, €75 Magda Krupa, €70 Deliah Hegarty, Mariead Gallagher, Maire McShane, Bridget O’Gara, Alish McMorrow, Annie McGinley and Fionnula Hegarty. The Jackpot on Sunday is €4,050 on 45 numbers.
