Glenswilly 5K

The annual Glenswilly GAA 5K will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7.30pm.

The annual fun run has been a huge success since it was launched.

Again the club is hoping for a large numbers on the night and hopefully even some good weather!

A meeting of club members and volunteers will be held in the coming weeks to ensure that all goes to plan.

This is a chipped time race for the serious runner but also a fun night out for families.

A date for these meetings will be included in the notes and also on the club’s Facebook page.

There will be the famous Glenswilly refreshments afterwards, however!

Donegal GAA grants

The Donegal GAA are sponsoring 6 grants of €250 each to members attending a Colaiste Gaeilge of their choice. Anyone interested in applying should contact secretary Aisling Pat McDaid quickly as the closing date is Thursday, April 30th!

On Sunday, the seniors play Gaoth Dobhair at 6.30pm in Ardara in the Comhartas Peile na Gaeltacht. All support is welcomed.

Under 12 boys

The U12 boys enjoyed a great friendly against neighbours Letterkenny Gaels at home on Monday night – despite the horrific conditions! The U12 mentors would like to thank the management of Letterkenny Gaels for bringing the lads out.
