Donegal GAA Coaching & Games Development are running a practical workshop programme targeting club coaches working with U7 – U13 age groups in both football and hurling.  The workshops will create the opportunity for coaches to learn news coaching methodologies and practices around 4 key areas –1. Warm Up games and activities 2. Fundamentals and physical literacy3. Technical football & hurling Skills4. Fun games & modified gamesCoaches who attend will also receive an 8-week programme (booklet) with all the activities integrated together so they can take and apply with their respected teams and players. As per the poster below, the workshops are taking place in 4 locations in November of 2021 – 1.  12th of November 2021- Youthclub Burnfoot at 7pm – 9pm 2.  19th of November 2021 – Ray Hall, Milford at 7pm – 9pm3. 22nd of November 2021- Mercy Hall, Ballyshannon at 7pm – 9pm4. 6th December 2021 – Glenswilly GAA Club at 7pm – 9pmThe recent Guidelines issued by the GAA for indoor events will apply and an EU Digital Covid Certificate will be required for access. All applicable guidelines can be found in the PDF below and the paragraph relevant to events in the Republic of Ireland is as follows:

” Use of Indoor Halls (for sports, presentations, art, culture or dance activities) In the South, where all participants are considered immune (fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 within the previous 6 months) use of Halls is permitted without capacity limits (appropriate protective measures should be in place).  The use of the EU Digital COVID Certificate (vaccine or recovery certificate) will be required for access in such circumstances.”
