The Ulster Council has released the squads for tonight’s Eirgrid u-20 Ulster Championship preliminary round game between Donegal and Armagh at MacCumhaill Park tonight. Ulster GAA are also streaming the game and links to both the squads and the stream can be found on the landing page of www.donegalgaa.ie – via the links on desktop computers and via Donegal GAA TV on the mobile version.

Current Covid regulations restricting total attendance to 200 means there are no tickets  available for tonight’s match. Somewhat better news for Donegal GAA fans, is that from Monday the numbers allowed into matches will double from 100 to 200 for most ground in Donegal and up to 500 in venues with capacity of more the 5,000.  This is far from ideal but is a movement in the right direction. In the six counties, yesterday’s decision by the NI Executive to remove the cap of 500 spectators attending outdoor sporting events will allow a substantial increase in attendance at the Ulster semi-finals and final (and quarterfinals in the case of the u20s and minors) should Donegal teams progress that far.
