Consultation Survey
The County Donegal Health & Wellbeing in conjunction with the County Youth Board are in the process of planning a Youth Conference in October. We are seeking the views of under-age players, coaches, clubs, youth boards and a number of different groups in helping us put together a Programme of activities for the day.
Your feedback to this online survey is an important part of the consultation. So please give your views and opinions.
It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can skip a question or withdraw from the survey at any point.
