June 2 Minor Squad #30 for 30 Challenge – Air Squats

Today June 2nd, the Donegal minor squad’s #30 for 30 coaching challenge is Air Squats, demonstrated by Cian Rooney from the Aodh Ruadh club in Ballyshannon.
