CLG Dhún na nGall regret to announce that Paddy Carr is resigning as Donegal manager with immediate effect. Paddy’s Statement is as follows:

 

Following a discussion with some senior members of the Donegal football team, I want to announce that I’m stepping away from the position of Donegal team Manager with immediate effect. I want nothing more than the best for Donegal and that will never change.
CLG Dhún na nGall’s statement on the resignation of Paddy Carr. is as follows:

Donegal GAA wish to announce that Paddy Carr has stepped down as Senior Team manager, with immediate effect Donegal GAA would like to thank Paddy for his commitment to the job and wish him well in the future.
Aidan O’Rourke and Paddy Bradley will take charge of the team for our game in the Allianz League against Roscommon, in Hyde Park next Sunday.

Donegal GAA will be making no further comment, at this time.
