6 Tipperary Senior Hurlers and Players will be developing your game both on and off the field.

The cost is £15 (+booking Fee) per person and it is available for:
•All Coaches: 9am – 1pm
•Players aged 11-17 years: 9am – 2pm
•Players aged 17 upwards: 3pm – 7pm
Complete 5 stages throughout the day that cover all the different skills of the game both on and off the field.
Workshop Features Skills Involving:
•Striking and Shooting
•Defending, Hooking and Blocking
•First touch (with and without) Pressure
•Catching/Hand-passing plus support play
•Gym preparation and proper nutrition
Strength and Conditioning
Advice from Jamie McCormack – Current Tipperary senior trainer, Personal trainer, who will provide detailed specific requirements on the proper techniques and the most effective exercises to perform in order to maximise your strength, speed and agility on the playing pitch
Injury prevention clinic
Provided by Kimberly Morley who has worked with an array of Aussie rules teams throughout her career in order to lengthen career spans of players
Talk from Declan Fanning – All Ireland winning coach
Nutritional advise
The workshop will include nutritional advice , specific to the requirements of hurlers in order to ensure that players are fuelling their bodies with the correct food sources and also at the correct time intervals leading up to games/training
Coach the Coach
Coaches will get in-depth knowledge in a seminar on how to implement and perfect the correct delivery of drills to kids in order to instil positive thought process in younger players. Drills used to maximize kids interest levels and designed in order to encourage self development will be explained in great detail. Coached will also be walked through the drills by Declan Fanning as the camp progresses
The camp will also include match situations, small games, goalkeeping advice and training specific to both defenders and attackers
