GLENSWILLY GAA NOTES May 31st

5k launch this Thursday

The club’s annual 5k launch will take place this Thursday in the
clubhouse at 9.30pm. This year’s main sponsor is Michael Murphy
Sports. The club is appealing to anyone interested in helping out at
the 5K, the proceeds of which go to underage sport at the club, to
come along and to help out. As well as the official launch, a short
meeting will be held in an effort to see what needs to be done in
preparation of the event. The annual 5k has gone from strength to
strength each year and the club is hoping to attract even bigger
numbers of lakers and runners again this year.
